Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Peakflow. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to operate the service responsibly, connect only authorized business assets, and comply with applicable law and platform terms.

Use of the Service

Peakflow is a workspace-based marketing operations platform. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only with assets, advertising accounts, and data that you are authorized to access and manage.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for ensuring that users invited into your workspace have appropriate authority to act on behalf of the business or client they represent.

Connected Platforms

Peakflow may connect to third-party services such as Meta Ads through OAuth and related APIs. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the terms, policies, and technical constraints imposed by the relevant third-party platform.

Peakflow is not responsible for the availability, actions, rate limits, permission changes, or policy decisions of third-party platforms, nor for any suspension, restriction, or revocation imposed by those providers.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or connect assets for which you lack the necessary rights or approvals. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and the accounts you connect.

If you use Peakflow on behalf of clients, employers, or other organizations, you represent that you are authorized to bind that party to these Terms and to connect or process the relevant business data through the platform.

Data and Intellectual Property

Peakflow retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, platform design, internal tooling, and related intellectual property, except for customer-owned data and third-party platform data that you lawfully authorize through the service.

You retain responsibility for your workspace data, connected business assets, and any reports, analysis, or operational decisions you make using information surfaced inside Peakflow.

Service Availability

Peakflow is provided on an operational best-effort basis. We may modify, suspend, or improve features as the platform evolves. Maintenance, deployment, infrastructure changes, or third-party outages may impact availability from time to time.

Where legally permitted, Peakflow is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Operators should validate critical business decisions against source systems when necessary.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party platform policies. Workspace owners may also stop using the service, disconnect integrations, or request administrative cleanup of workspace data subject to operational or legal retention requirements.

Changes to These Terms

Peakflow may revise these Terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. Continued use of the service after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
